Welcome to the Paradise Hotel!
You will be "managing" the Paradise Hotel during this course.
The Paradise Hotel is a fictional 150 room boutique hotel with a food and beverage operation which includes one Taste Buds restaurant of 100 seats and a Catering department for functions.
Specifically for this course, I have created a customized Income Statement for Paradise Hotel which you will be using to learn concepts, perform financial analysis, take decisions for best business results even while learning.
[NOTE: Wherever the course refers to Income Statement, substitute Profit and Loss Statement. They are one and the same.]
