You will be doing quite a bit of Self Analysis during this course.

Noting something down and reviewing is powerful.

It commits information to memory in a powerful way. Retaining that and applying it to your hotel business becomes easier.

We will be taking the journey through the Profit and Loss Statement which is a hotel's primary financial statement.

But we will also visit less familiar hotel financial statements like the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Capital Expenditure Statements.

But don't worry.

You will be understanding hotel financial statements in no time with our simple approach.

I will be sharing tips and techniques which will allow you to use the hotel Profit and Loss Statement.

As a strategic performance tool to take sound financial decisions and produce consistent business results. 

You will also be using the Balance Sheet and the other financial statements to understand how these impact your Profit and Loss Statement.

They do impact and you may not have realized it.
