Nara takes the complexity and confusion commonly associated with finance jargon and replaces it with clear thinking
Nara takes the complexity and confusion commonly associated with finance jargon and replaces it with clear thinking. The interactive and involved thinking challenges the mind.
His courses allow you to understand the financial concepts simply, show you how you can apply them in the workplace and even in your daily transactions. They are courses you want to take back to the operation.
The entertainment factor of what you first cast as a "boring" topic leads to enhanced learning for all the team. Nara's interpersonal skills are great and you never feel like you are being "told" it more a sharing exercise. Thank you

Nara brings financial concepts to life in a jargon-free way that engages your thinking process
Nara's passion for sharing knowledge and experience shines through and is absolutely infectious.
He brings financial concepts to life in a jargon-free way that engages your thinking process to realize that finance is a critical means to informed decision making, but not an end in and of itself.
Nara is first and foremost an inspirational teacher, and then a finance professional.
I absolutely recommend Nara's training courses (including finance-trained persons), and in fact look forward to more opportunities to learn from him!

As a presenter Nara has an incredible way of making Finance very interesting and engaging.
I recently had the fortune of attending a Optimizing Hotel Profits Course by Shangri-La hosted by Mr Narasimhan.
As a presenter he has an incredible way of making Finance very interesting and engaging. He made it very easy to understand and relate directly back to our workplace situations which made it a lot more effective post training. It has allowed me to be a lot more strategic and focus on serious big picture areas which you where generally not aware of.
Thanks again Nara and I look forward to keeping you posted on the success of your course

About Your Mentor
Meet Lakshmi Narasimhan Soundararajan
Right from the time he was in school, Lakshmi had a head for numbers. In fact, he says, numbers talk to him and tell him stories. At the same time, as he fashioned his career in the hospitality industry, he worked closely with colleagues who did not have a financial background. He saw them struggle with numbers and fear them.
Lakshmi made up his mind there and then to commit his career to hotel finance training by simplifying numbers for the benefit of his non-financial background colleagues. He founded Profits Masterclass first and then Financial Skills Academy with the philosophy of assisting managers and small business owners to Build Financial Skills, Knowledge and Ability in themselves.
His vision for Financial Skills Academy is to be a Complete Financial Learning Ecosystem for Hotel Middle Managers.
Lakshmi 's all time favorite historical figure is Leonard Da Vinci and in particular Da Vinci's love for simplicity. When founding Financial Skills Academy, Lakshmi based the value proposition for his hotel finance courses on three foundational principles: SIMPLE. NON-TECHNICAL. USABLE.
